Student Spotlight on Rachel Mitchell
Rachel is a junior from Dallas studying International Relations and Plan II, while minoring in Arabic. She took a gap year in Israel before starting school at UT and has remained involved in the pro-Israel community as Texans for Israel president, a David Project intern, and as a member of TAIPAC. Some might say she is an Israel enthusiast. She has also served on the Challah for Hunger board and as the Shabbat 500 Programming Chair. Rachel loves the Jewish community she has found at UT, and has helped connect other Jewish students to the community as a Campus Engagement Intern and First Impressions Intern.
