The group host events, advocacy sessions, weekly discussions and cultural events. Other Israel related programs we offer include Cafe Ivrit, Taglit-Birthright Israel, short and long term programs in Israel, and the biggest pro-Israel event on a college campus in North America - Israel Block Party.

Texans for Israel

Since its establishment in 1991, Texans for Israel (TFI) has served as a gathering place for students who share an interest in Israel. TFI hosts bi-weekly events ranging from cultural events such as falafel dinners to political events featuring discussions and speakers. TFI aims to educate the UT community about Israel’s people, politics, and culture in all of its diversity and to serve as an open place for educated discussion about Israel. Additionally, TFI seeks to build mutually beneficial alliances with other organizations on campus. Like “Texans for Israel” on Facebook to stay updated on our events!
