*Musical Services with Rabbi Stephanie Max & Benjamin Beal: This service will feature musical instruments and contain a nice balance of Hebrew and English prayer. We will use the Gates of Repentance Machzor (High Holiday Prayerbook) and focus on the “Greatest Hits” of Rosh Hashanah. This service will meet on the first evening and first morning of Rosh Hashanah only.
** Traditional Egalitarian Services with Rabbi Andy: This service will take place primarily in Hebrew, with translations and explanations. We will pray with the traditional Rosh Hashanah liturgy using the Lev Shalem Machzor (High Holiday Prayerbook), sing familiar and new easy-to-learn tunes, and enjoy inspirational English readings.
Both service offerings are inclusive of all genders and will include a sermon. We understand that students & faculty are balancing class and other commitments, so feel free to come & go as needed. If you are interested in participating in services, reach out to Rabbi Andy.
