Student Resources

Have an idea for a great program? Hillel will work with you to make your program a success. No program is too big, too small or too wild. All you have to do is fill out the Program Proposal with as much detail as you can using this Program Proposal Guide, and one of our Student Executive Cabinet members will contact you to follow up on your idea. Members of the Student Executive Cabinet and Texas Hillel staff are also available as resources as you plan and implement your program.

All programs must adhere to the Standards of Partnership and Hillel Israel Guidelines and are subject to approval by the Texas Hillel Student Executive Cabinet and Director of Jewish Student Life and/or Executive Director.

The Texas Hillel Board of Directors maintains the ultimate authority to approve or reject Texas Hillel’s program partnership of any event or activity. The board may waive or impose additional requirements on a case-by-case basis. The Texas Hillel Executive Director and/or Director of Jewish Student Life are also empowered by the board to rescind any approval at any time and for any reason deemed by such professionals to be in the best interest of Texas Hillel. Be sure to read this Program Proposal Guide before submitting proposal.

All program proposals are due at least 14 days prior to your program!
